Krashin-Shalev has conducted dozens of seminars and professional trainings for a variety of topics over the years:

• Engineering seminars for planning, design and consulting firms
  Each seminar is accompanied by a detailed presentation. The presentation includes an actual illustration of the examples of the plates, pipes and parts of the devices. We share with the consultants the principles of operation of each type of heat exchanger. At this stage there we discuss the correct and appropriate characterization of the different heat exchangers. We also do this to reflect the specifications of the cooling towers. We do all this to enable them and their ability to evaluate bids on an equivalent basis, to properly evaluate the requirements of the various heat exchangers and cooling towers, and to review and approve the performance testing procedures on site.
• Seminars and training for maintenance managers and equipment operators
  In these seminars and trainings, we emphasize the principles of the equipment’s operation.
  We review the functioning of each and every part, and the causes of typical malfunctions. Furthermore, we explain the ways of handling the same malfunctions. We also go over the equipment maintenance procedures.
• Trainings for technicians
  Our Clients enjoy the opportunity invite our servicing team. to their own site. However, some prefer to allocate their own staff for servicing and maintenance. We encourage this possibility by inviting our Client maintenance personnel to our factory and practically training them to dismantle, assemble, and maintain the heat exchangers. It is important to note that these trainings are usually performed free of charge.
